What (or who) will you embrace this week?

I received a lot of postive feedback about the shortness of the last prompt (celebrate) so I thought I'd do likewise with this week.

This week's prompt is 'embrace'.

There are two main definitions of the word and you might like to embrace either (or both) this week.

Embrace Someone

Saturday. Summer. Beautiful sunny day, so my friends and I decided to make a picnic and watch the sundown. Pretty fun and relaxed day.

📖
embrace: hold (someone) closely in one's arms, especially as a sign of affection.

Perhaps, with appropriate consent, there's someone who you might embrace this week?

Or maybe the person who needs embracing this week is yourself and this week is about being kind to yourself.

📖
embrace: accept (a belief, theory, or change) willingly and enthusiastically.

Perhaps this week is about embracing something rather than someone.

As the defintion says it could be a belief, or a theory or some kind of change in your life.

But alternatively it might be to embrace an idea or an activity of some kind.

Or maybe this week is about embracing life itself.

Embracing conjurs the idea of being enthusiastic towards someone or something. It's about accepting, surrendering and entering fully into something.
